ORDER

This petition has been filed challenging the rejection of the petitioners application for issuance of Legal heir certificate in Application No. TN7202602122488 dated 12.02.2026 and quash the same, consequently direct the 4th respondent Tahsildar, Avadi Taluk to re consider the petitioners application by taking in to consideration the available Government records including the Death report and FIR relating to Thiru Balaji conduct necessary enquiry in accordance with law and issue the Legal heir certificate in respect of Late Tmt. Kamaleswari.

2. When the case was taken up, the learned counsel for the petitioner seeks leave of this Court to withdraw this petition with a liberty to approach the civil court. He also made an endorsement in the case bundle to that effect.

3. Recording the submissions of the learned counsel for the petitioner, this petition stands dismissed as withdrawn with a liberty to the petitioner to approach the civil court for appropriate remedy. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition stands closed.
