This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to call for the records pertaining to Crime No.328 of 2008 on the file of the first respondent and quash the same.

2.When this Criminal Original Petition was taken up for hearing, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor submitted that already investigation has been completed in Crime No.328 of 2008 and charge sheet is also made ready. For filing the charge sheet, he seeks time.

3.The above statement made by the learned Additional Public Prosecutor is recorded and the first respondent is directed to file the charge sheet before the concerned Court, within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
