Respondents PRAYER: Criminal Original Petition is filed under Section 528 of the Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023, to direct the respondents 1 and 2 to provide adequate police protection to the petitioner's life and lives from the life threat given by the 3rd respondent and her henchmen, by considering the Petitioner's representation dated 10.02.2025. O R D E R

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed seeking a direction to the respondents 1 and 2 to provide adequate police protection to the life and limb of the petitioner from the third respondent and her henchmen.

2. Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) appearing for the respondents 1 and 2. Perused the materials available on record.

3. It is seen that there is a dispute between the petitioner and the third respondent along with their respective family members. That apart, civil disputes are pending between the petitioner and the third respondent in respect to the property. Further, based on the complaint lodged by the petitioner, an enquiry was conducted by the second respondent and subsequently closed.

4. In view of the above, the direction sought for in this

petition for police protection cannot be considered. Accordingly, this Criminal Original Petition stands dismissed.
