This petition is filed under Section 5 of the Limitation Act, to condone the delay of 90 days in filing the Criminal Revision Petition against the order dated 30.08.2022 passed in Crl.M.P. No.2656 of 2022 by the Judicial Magistrate No.II, Krishnagiri.

2. Mr. J. Subbiah, learned Government Advocate (Crl Side) takes notice for the respondent and he did not raise any serious objection and this Court is satisfied with the reasons assigned in the affidavit filed in support of this petition. Hence, the petition is allowed.
