JUDGMENT

The parties have reached a settlement and filed a Joint Memo of Compromise, dated 21.03.2018, duly signed by the parties and their counsel. The said Joint Memo of Compromise is taken on record and this Civil Miscellaneous Second Appeal is ordered in terms of the Memo. The Joint Memo of Compromise shall form part of this judgment. No costs. Consequently, the connected M.P.No.1 of 2012 is closed.
