By consent, the writ petition is taken up for final disposal. 2.The petitioner would state that the landed property admeasuring to an extent of 2.5 acres in S.No.115/3 at Gangavalli Taluk, Salem District originally belonged to her mother and after her demise, she succeeded to the property as sole legal heir. Petitioner submitted an application/ representation for grant of patta in her name and since no response is forthcoming, came forward to file this writ petition.

3.Heard the submissions of Mr.A.Rajakumar, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and Mr.Rm.Muthukumar, learned Government Advocate who accepts notice on behalf of the respondents. 4.This Court taking into consideration the limited scope of the prayer sought for and without going into the merits of the representation directs the second respondent to consider and dispose of the representation of the petitioner dated 16.04.2015 in https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

accordance with law after putting on notice the persons concerned and pass orders within a period of six weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order and communicate the decision taken, to the petitioner as well as to the persons concerned. 5.The writ petition is disposed of accordingly.
