2. Pursuant to the statutory notice dated 02.11.2018, the respondent herein viz., Mr.M.Subramani, The Inspector of Police, Town Police Station, Perambalur is personally present before this Court today.
3. Today, when the matter is taken up for consideration, the learned Government Advocate (Crl. side) on instructions, submitted that the order of this Court dated 08.01.2018 has been complied with and accordingly, the petitioner's complaint came to be registered in Crime No.367 of 2018.
4. Recording the submission made by the learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side), the Contempt petition stands closed.
