The Transfer C.M.P. has been filed to withdraw the H.M.O.P.No.37 of 2019 on the file of Sub Court, Ponneri, and transfer the same to Family Court at Chennai.

2. The Petitioner seeks transfer of H.M.O.P.No.37 of 2019 from the Sub Court, Ponneri to Family Court, Chennai, on the ground that she finds it difficult to travel from Chennai to Ponneri and when this court posed the question what would be the difficulty to undertake travel which is a very short distance of 37 kilometers, the learned counsel for the Petitioner, after advancing some arguments, requested this court to grant permission to withdraw the Tr.C.M.P. She has also made an endorsement to that effect. Accordingly, the Tr.C.M.P., is dismissed as withdrawn. No costs. Consequently, connected CMP.No.8901 of 2019 is closed.
