This petition has been filed to direct the respondent to file a final report in Crime No.972 of 2010.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner; learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the respondent and perused the materials placed on record.

3. Today, the respondent police filed a Status Report, wherein, in paragraph No.10, it is stated as follows: "10. It is submitted that after completion of the investigation, I have obtained the legal opinion obtained from the Assistant Public Prosecutor, Grade I, Egmore and filed the final report on 04.09.2015 before the X https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/
