2. The learned Additional Government Pleader (Puducherry) submitted that as directed by this Court by orders dated 14.03.2017 and 23.03.2017 referring the matter to the Civil Court for enhancement of compensation.

3. Recording the said submission, both the contempt petitions are closed.
