O R D E R

The petitioner seeks for a Mandamus to direct the respondents to consider the petitioner's representation dated 09.11.2017 and consequently direct the respondents 1 and 2 to disburse the insurance amount towards his vehicle bearing Reg.No.TN-77-4789.

2. Though notice was ordered to the 1st and 2nd respondents and served on them, they have not chosen to appear before this Court. Their names are printed in the cause list. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

3. The grievance of the petitioner before this Court is that the Insurance claim made by him in respect of his vehicle bearing Registration No.TN-77-4789 has not been disbursed by the 1st and 2nd respondents so far.

4. This Court, at this stage, is not expressing any view on the merits of the claim made by the petitioner as it is for the 1st and 2nd respondents to consider and decide. Accordingly, this writ petition is disposed of directing the 1st and 2nd respondents to consider the representation of the petitioner and pass orders on merits and in accordance with law within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. No costs.
