This petition is filed seeking to condone the delay of 1999 days in filing the petition to set aside the abatement caused due to the death of the 1st respondent, viz., Ramasamy in the above S.A.No. 343 of 2006. 2.Heard the learned Counsel for the petitioner and perused the materials available on record.
