Offence Wing,Thiruvannamalai, Thiruvannamalai District is now sought to be investigated expeditiously by one of the victims.

2. The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) appearing for the respondent police states that so far 264 complaints were received alleging a total sum of Rs.42.3 crores cheated. He further states that investigation is at nasal stage and sufficient time is required for completing the investigation.

3. Taking note of the magnitude of the crime and number of victims, this Court is not in position to fix any date for filing the final report, since the total number of victims itself more than 250. The petitioner shall wait for some time and if final report is not filed within reasonable time may approach this Court again.

4. With the above observations, this Criminal Original Petition is disposed of.
