ORDER

This writ petition has been filed to direct the first respondent to rectify the revenue records pertaining to the property morefully described in the prayer to

this writ petition within a time frame to be fixed by this Court.

2. According to the petitioner, during the UDR scheme, there has been an alteration in the revenue records for the subject property, which is now got to be rectified. The petitioner has given representations on 22.01.2026 and 27.03.2026 to the first respondent to rectify the revenue records for the aforesaid property. Since the said representations have not been considered till date, this writ petition has been filed.

3. Mr. C. Jayaprakash, learned Government Advocate accepts notice on behalf of the respondents.

4. No prejudice would be caused to the respondents if the petitioner's representations as stated supra are considered on merits and in accordance with law after giving due consideration to the supporting documents filed by the petitioner within a time frame to be fixed by this Court.

5. This Court is not expressing any opinion on the merits of the petitioner's representations.

6. For the foregoing reasons, this Court directs the first respondent to pass final orders on merits and in accordance with law on the petitioner's

representations dated 22.01.2026 and 27.03.2026, seeking for rectification of the revenue records for the property morefully described in the prayer to this writ petition within a period of twelve weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order after giving due consideration to the supporting documents filed by the petitioner.
