The petitioner by name K.Pushpa @ Gowri and the respondent by name J.Venkatesh along with their respective learned counsel on record are present.

2.This Court by order dated 05.11.2014 directed the matter to be posted before the Tamil Nadu Mediation and Conciliation Centre for mediation. In pursuance of the same, the parties appeared for mediation and settled the dispute between them. 3.As per the mediation report dated 22.12.2014, enclosing mediation agreement, received from Tamil Nadu Mediation and Conciliation Centre, the petitioner/wife and the respondent/husband have entered into amicable settlement and have settled the dispute between them, out of their own volition and without any pressure or coercion from any side.

4.In view of the settlement arrived at between the parties, this transfer petition is disposed of, recording the terms of the Mediation Agreement dated 22.12.2014. The Mediation Agreement and the Mediation Report dated 22.12.2014 shall form part of this order.
