ORDER

This petition has been filed to relax the condition number (b) that the petitioner shall report before the PEW Tiruppur Police Station, every day at 10.30 A.M. until further orders by this Honble Court in Crl.O.P.No.4270 of 2025 dated 20.02.2025.

The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) submitted that the petitioner has been complying with the condition regularly imposed by this Court.

Considering the submissions of both sides and the nature of the offence, one of the conditions imposed on the petitioner in para No. 7 (b) that the petitioner shall report before the PEW Tiruppur Police Station, every day at 10.30 A.M. until further orders by this Honble Court in Crl.O.P.No.4270 of 2025 dated 20.02.2025, is modified to the effect that the petitioner shall report before the respondent police once a month, viz., on Monday, at 10:30 a.m., until further orders.
