PRAYER : Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India seeking issuance of a writ of mandamus directing the respondents to consider the petitioner representation dated 10.03.2026 and take appropriate action on the same and consequently direct the 1st respondent to provide immediate dental treatment/dental operation to the petitioner within a time frame that may be fixed by this Honourable court and further direct the respondents to ensure that all members of the public approaching the Tamil Nadu Government Dental College and Hospital, Chennai with severe dental problems are provided necessary treatment within a short and reasonable period without undue delay.
