By consent the writ petition is taken up for final disposal. 2.The petitioner claims to be Panchayat President of Jamendarmedu village and also organizer of temple festival of Sri Mariamman Kovil Festival situated at Jamendarmedu (vill) Kaveripattinam (P.O) & (Tk.), Krishnagiri District and he submitted an application dated 20.06.2015 to the second respondent praying for permission to conduct cultural programme which includes song and dance programme to be held on 02.07.2015 and since no orders have been passed, came forward to file this writ petition.

3.The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner would submit that in the event of permission being granted, there will not be any law and order problem and no vulgarity or obscenity will be there in that place and prays for appropriate orders.

4.Heard the submissions of Mr.P.M.Jayachandran, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and Mr.Rm.Muthukumar, learned Government Advocate who accepts notice on behalf of the respondents. 5.This Court without going into the merits of the representation made by the petitioner directs the second respondent to consider and dispose of the application/ representation dated 20.06.2015 in accordance with law on or before 30.06.2015 and inform the decision taken, to the petitioner. The writ petition is disposed of accordingly. No costs.
