Prayer: Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, praying for the issuance of a direction in the nature of Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus, calling for the records of the proceedings W2/8110/2019 dated 30.06.2020 issued by the first respondent and C.No.4500/2020/E2 (S.No.29/2020/E2) dated 01.07.2020 issued by the second respondent and all related proceedings, quash the same and direct the respondents to allow the petitioner to serve as Superintendent in Namakkal Division and pass such further orders.

Learned Government Advocate appearing for respondents 1 and 2 has produced a copy of the written instruction of Conservator of Forests, Salem Circle, Salem, vide C.No.4500/2020/E2 dated 01.09.2021, which reads as follows:

"In this connection I wish to inform that in the reference 4th cited Tmt.R.Jayanthi (3rd respondent) Superintendent was re-alloted to the O/o. The Principal Chief 2/4

Conservator of Forests, Chennai and she joined duty on 07.07.2021 in the new place and the petitioner Thiru.V.E.Sribabu is continued in Namakkal division. Hence I request that the fact may be appraised before the Hon'ble High Court and make it the stay got vacated and the main writ petition got disposed off accordingly."

2. In view of the above written instruction submitted by the learned Government Advocate, nothing survives in this writ petition for further adjudication.

3. Recording the same, this writ petition stands dismissed as infructuous. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petitions are closed.
