O R D E R

The learned counsel for the revision petitioners would submit that the revision petitioners have filed a petition in RCOP.No.23 of 2017 on the file of the Hon'ble District Munsif cum House Rent

Controller at Tiruppur on the ground of wilful default and onus occupation, which is pending. Hence, the revision petitioners have filed the present Civil Revision Petition to direct the court below to dispose of the said petition within the time frame as may be fixed by this Court.

2. Considering the submissions of the learned counsel for the revision petitioners, at this stage, this Court cannot pass orders to direct the court below as prayed for. However, it is open to the District Munsif cum House Rent Controller at Tiruppur to dispose of the petition in RCOP.No.23 of 2017 on merits and in accordance with law as expeditiously as possible.

3. The Civil Revision Petition is disposed of with above direction. No costs.
