O R D E R

The petition is to quash the charge sheet in S.C. No. 272 of 2020 1/4

pending on the file of the Sub-Court, Gingee, Villupuram District for the alleged offence under Sections 147, 307, 149 & 323 of the Indian Penal Code.

2.When the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) appearing for the first respondent reported that trial has commenced and nearly five witnesses have already been examined out of twelve witnesses.

3.In view of the advanced stage of the trial, this Court is not inclined to entertain this petition. However, the petitioner is at liberty to raise all his contentions before the trial Court. 4.With the above observations, this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed. Consequently, the connected miscellaneous petitions are closed.
