ORDER
This petition has been filed to relax the conditions imposed on the petitioner for reporting before the respondent police daily at 10.30 a.m., for Page No.1 of 4
a period of two weeks and thereafter every Saturday at 10.30 a.m., until further orders by this Court in Crl.O.P.No.1525 of 2025 dated 24.01.2025.
2. Learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) submitted that the petitioner has been complying with the condition regularly imposed by this Court.
3. Considering the submissions of both sides and the nature of the offence, the condition in paragraph no.8(a) imposed on the petitioner in Crl.O.P.No.1525 of 2025 dated 24.01.2025 is relaxed.
