ORDER

This petition is filed seeking for a direction, directing the respondent to take action against all the accused in Cr.No.1988 of 2011 on the file of the respondent.

2.The learned Additional Public Prosecutor submitted that the investigation in Crime No.1988/2011 has been completed and the closure report is ready.

3. Under such circumstances, the respondent police is directed to serve RCS notice on the defacto complainant and file the closure report within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order before the concerned Court, so that the petitioner may file protest application in accordance with law.

4. With the above direction, this Criminal Original Petition is closed.
