Petition praying that in the circumstances stated therein the High Court will be pleased to suspend the sentence imposed on the petitioner in SC No.116 of 2018 by the learned III Additional District and Sessions Judge, Thiruvallur @ Poonamallee by a judgment dated 08.04.2021 and enlarge the petitioner on b ail pending disposal of the above Crl.A.No.199 of 2021.
