ORDER

This petition has been filed to relax the condition that the petitioner shall report before the respondent police on every Saturday at 10.30 a.m., until further orders imposed in Crl.O.P.No.1967 of 2025 dated 29.01.2025.

2. Learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) submitted that the petitioner has been complying with the condition regularly imposed by this Court.

3. Considering the submissions of both sides and the nature of the offence, one of the condition imposed on the petitioner, that the petitioner shall report before the respondent police on every Saturday at 10.30 a.m., until further orders imposed in Crl.O.P.No.1967 of 2025 dated 29.01.2025 is relaxed to the extend that the petitioner shall appear as and when required.

4. Accordingly, the Criminal Miscellaneous Petition is ordered. 28.03.2025 vca To The Inspector of Police, Hogenakkal Police Station , Dharmapuri District.
