This petition is filed to condone the delay of 65 days in filing the appeal.

Heard Mr.D.Veerasekharan, learned counsel for the petitioner.

Despite notice having been served upon the respondents, none appears before this Court, except Mr.M.B.Radhavan, learned counsel who appeared for the third respondent.

The delay is only 65 days. Having been satisfied with the reasons stated in the affidavit filed in support of this petition, the delay of 65 days in filing the appeal is condoned. Accordingly, the petition stands ordered.
