Prayer : Writ petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India for writ of Certiorarified Mandamus calling for the records of order dated 8.4.2022 on the file of the 3rd respondent and quash the same and direct respondents 3 to re-conduct the election for Ponneri Neerinal Payanpaduthuvur Sangam at Ponneri Village, Udumalpet, Tiruppur District by considering petitioner representation dated 8.4.2022. ORDER

This writ petition has been filed challenging the order dated 08.04.2022 passed by the third respondent rejecting the petitioner's application for participating in the election for Ponneri Neerinal Payanpaduthuvur Sangam at Ponneri Village, Udumalpet, Tiruppur District.

2. Heard Mr.K.Myilsamy, learned counsel for the petitioner and Mr.K.H.Ravi kumar, learned Government Advocate appearing for the respondents 1 to 3.

3. Learned counsel for the petitioner seeks liberty for the petitioner to approach the Civil Court, since there are disputed questions of fact involved in this writ petition.

4. No prejudice would be caused to the respondents, if such a direction is issued by this Court to the petitioner to approach the civil court and seek redressal of his grievance in the manner known to him under law.

5. With the aforesaid observation, this writ petition is disposed of. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
