ORDER

This writ petition has been filed to declare the election results announced by the third respondent in selecting the fourth respondent as President of Ponneri Neerinal Payanpaduthuvur Sangam at Ponneri Village, Udumalpet, Tiruppur District dated 08.04.2022 as null and void.

2. Heard Mr.K.Myilsamy, learned counsel for the petitioner and Mr.K.H.Ravi kumar, learned Government Advocate appearing for the respondents 1 to 3.

3. Learned counsel for the petitioner seeks liberty for the petitioner to approach the Civil Court, since there are disputed questions of fact involved in this writ petition.

4. No prejudice would be caused to the respondents, if such a direction is issued by this Court to the petitioner to approach the civil court and seek redressal of his grievance in the manner known to him under law.

5. With the aforesaid observation, this writ petition is disposed of. No costs.
