2. Non-Bailable Warrant issued against the third respondent in Comp.A.No.665 of 2018 Ravi Suri alone has been recalled vide the aforesaid order.

3. List the main Company Petition along with all pending applications after summer vacation.

In the next listing, Registry to show the name of the counsel, who entered appearance on behalf of the company under liquidation, namely Kiran Overseas Exports Ltd., as it is pointed by the petitioning creditor counsel Mr.Hariharan that there was offer of settlement (mentioned in earlier proceedings dated 06.12.2018) by the said counsel.
