Ms.Sharmila And Another v. S.Ramesh And 4 Others
A.Nos.5259 and 5260 of 2019 in O.P.No.210 of 2011 R.SUBRAMANIAN.J., The applications have been filed seeking to declare the 3rd respondent in O.P.No.210 of 2011 as major and to discharge the guardian.
2. It is seen from the order made in O.S.A.No.43 of 2018, dated 26.09.2018 that the original grant was revoked mainly on the ground that the 3rd respondent who had attained majority during the pendency of the original petition, was not declared as major. Hence, the applications are allowed by declaring the 3rd respondent as major and discharging the 1st respondent from the guardianship.
3. The counsel for the applicants is permitted to carry out the necessary amendments, in view of the order of this Court made in O.S.A.No.43 of 2018, dated 26.09.2018 and file amended copy of the petition in O.P.No.210 of 2011 by 13.08.2019. 29.07.2019 vum http://www.judis.nic.in
