Petition praying that in the circumstances stated therein and in the affidavit filed therewith the High Court will be pleased to relax the condiiton imposed on 19.01.2022 in Crl.O.P.No.938 of 2022 in S.T.R.O.No.03 of 2021 that the petitioners/Accused should as report before the FRO Kallakuruchi Police Station Neelamangalam Village, Kallakurichi Taluk and District on every Saturday at 10.30 a.m. and thus render justice.

Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition and the filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.R.MEENAL, Advocate for the petitioner and of M/S.S.SANTHOSH, Govt. Advocate ( Crl. Side) on behalf of the Respondent the court made the following order:- This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed in Crl.OP.No.938 of 2022 dated 19.01.2022.

Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioners. 3.
