C.R.P.Nos.3965 & 3966 of 2016 J.SATHYA NARAYANA PRASAD, J.

This Court vide order dated 07.07.2023 has directed the District Munsif Court, Nagapattinam to dispose of E.P.No.4 of 2012 in O.S.No.310 of 2005 at the earliest, in any event, before 03.10.2023 and submit a report in compliance thereof before this Court. Despite the above order, the said petition is not disposed of by the trial Court.

2. In view of the above, the District Munsif, Nagapattinam is hereby directed to give explanation to the Registrar General, High Court on or before 03.01.2024, as to why the order passed by this Court on 07.07.2023 has not been complied with.

3. Post the matter on 05.01.2024.
