in C.P.No.196 of 2015 Krishnan Ramasamy, J., During the pendency of the Comp.A.No.172 of 2021, the applicants and the respondents 1 to 3 entered into a Joint Memorandum of Compromise dated 28.09.2021 and the same was recorded before this Court and this Court passed a final order dated 02.02.2023.
2. By virtue of the above Compromise Memo, the learned counsel for the applicants submitted that the first applicant, namely, Mr.C.Sivakumar is entitled for a sum of Rs.1,36,65,139.31/-, which is the fund available as on date.
3. The learned counsel for the respondents fairly submitted that as per the joint memo of compromise, the first applicant is entitled for the said amount. Hence, he submitted that this Court may pass appropriate order.

4. Considering the submission made by the learned counsel on both sides and having satisfied with the reasons averred in the affidavit filed in support of this Application, this application is ordered as prayed for.
18.04.2024 Note: Registry is directed to issue the re-fund order in the name of the first applicant namely Mr.C.Sivakumar, since the other applicants related to the first applicant, who is representing them, within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
