[Order of the Court was made by C.T.SELVAM, J] Petitioner is the mother of the detenu, Dinesh @ Parattai Dinesh S/o.Shankar, who has been branded as "Goonda" under Tamil Nadu Act 14 of 1982 and detained under orders of second respondent passed in Memo D.O.No.13/2018-C2 dated 26.03.2018. Such order is under challenge herein.

2. Learned Additional Public Prosecutor, would submit that the detention order passed against the son of the petitioner in D.O.No.13/2018-C2 dated 26.03.2018 on the file of the second respondent is revoked vide G.O.Rt.No.1849, Home, Prohibition and Excise (XI) Department, dated 11.05.2018 and produced a copy of the said order.
