This Writ Petition has been filed for a direction to direct the 2nd and 3rd respondents police to take action on the petitioner's complaint dated 02.06.2020 within a specific time frame.

2. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor would submit that on receipt of the complaint dated 02.06.2020, the petitioner was issued in C.S.R.No.108 of 2020 and after proceed with the enquiry, it was closed on 18.07.2020 for reason that the petitioner did not co-operate for investigation and did not appear before the respondent police for enquiry.

3. Therefore, this petition is devoid of merits. Hence, this Writ Petition is dismissed. No costs. However, the petitioner is at liberty to lodge a private complaint in the manner known law.
