Prayer:Writ Petitions filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying for issuance of Writ of Mandamus, to direct the second respondent corporation to consider and pass orders on merits by disposing the written representations made by the petitioner's union dated 14.03.2020 in accordance with law within the time stipulated by this Court. ORDER

The matter is taken up through web hearing.

2.When the matter is taken up for hearing, Mr.Sathyanarayana Prasad, the learned counsel appearing for the second respondent would submit that by proceedings of the second respondent dated 31.07.2020, the claim of the petitioner for regularization of https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

the services of its members was rejected on the ground that it was not feasible. In view of the same, the learned counsel would submit that it is open to the petitioner to challenge the said proceedings.

3.In view of the above submission, this Court finds that the direction as sought in the writ petition need not be granted in view of the rejection of the petitioner's request and therefore, the writ petition is dismissed as having become infructuous with liberty to the petitioner to challenge the above said proceedings, if they are so advised. No costs. Connected miscellaneous petition is dismissed.
