This Criminal Miscellaneous Petition has been filed to condone the delay of 305 days in preferring this Criminal Revision Case against the two concurrent findings of the trial Court as well as the lower appellate Court. 2.The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that since he was not well, unable to file the revision within the stipulated time. 3.The learned counsel for the respondent submitted that the petitioner was directed by the trial Court to pay Rs.3,50,000/- as compensation to the respondent in C.C.No.535 of 2015, dated 01.09.2018. Challenging the same, an appeal was filed in Crl.A.No.410 of 2018 before the lower appellate Court and the same was also dismissed on 21.10.2021. Till date, the petitioner not paid single pie. He further submits that the reason given by the petitioner are without any medical records.

Hence, opposed for condonation of delay. 4.At this stage, the learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner is willing to settle the amount to the respondent as directed by the trial Court, for that reason only, he preferred this revision. https://www.mhc.tn.gov.in/judis Page No.

vv2 5.In view of the above, this Court condones the delay in filing the criminal revision case. Registry is directed to number the revision if it is otherwise in order and post the matter for admission.
