ORDER

(Order of the court was made by the Hon'ble Chief Justice) We have heard Mr.N.Ponraj, learned counsel for the petitioner and Mr.P.Muthukumar, learned State Government Pleader for respondents 1 to 3.

2. Learned State Government Pleader, on instructions, submits that the official respondents would measure the land in question and, if an encroachment is found, by following due process of law, steps would be taken to remove it.
