Respondent/Petitioner PRAYER: Petition has been filed under Section 24 of C.P.C., to withdraw the cases praying for divorce filed by the petitioner in H.M.O.P.No.251 of 2017 on the file of the Sub Court, Ponneri and the case filed by the respondent in H.M.O.P.No.137 of 2017 pending on the file of the Sub Court, Attur and transfer the same to that of the learned Principal Family Court, Chennai to conduct joint trial.

The learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission of this Court to withdraw this petition in view of the fact that both the petitioner and the respondent intend to file mutual divorce under Section 13(B) of the Hindu Marriage Act before the Family Court and he has also made an endorsement to that effect. 2.Recording the endorsement made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, the Transfer Civil Miscellaneous Petition is dismissed as withdrawn. Consequently, connected Miscellaneous Petition is closed. No costs.
