CR.NO.1 OF 2018 Petition praying that in the circumstances stated therein the High Court will be pleased to modify condition imposed in Crl.M.P.No.3727/2019 dated.14.03.2019 Para 3 of the order copy in view of the above, the order made in Crl.O.P.No.29302/2018 dated.19.12.2018 is modified to the effect that the petitioner shall deposit title deed which stands in him name or in the name of his family members or in the name of his friends not worth below Rs.25 lakhs instead of depositing a sum of Rs.10 lakhs to the credit of Cr.No.1 of 2018 before the concerned Magistrate, time for executing a bond is extended further period of 2 weeks, pending investigation on the file of the Respondent in Crime No.01/2018 Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.R.

RAJAN, Advocate for the petitioner and of MR.M.MOHAMED RIYAZ, ADDITIONAL PUBLIC PROSECUTOR on behalf of the Respondent the court made the following order:- This petition has been filed to modify the condition imposed on the petitioner in Crl.M.P.No.3727 of 2019 dated 14.03.2019. 2.This Court by an order dated 19.12.2018, while granting anticipatory bail imposed certain conditions. One among the condition is that the petitioner has to deposit a sum of Rs.10,00,000/- (Rupees Ten Lakhs only) to the credit of Crime No.1 of 2018, before the concerned Magistrate court within a period of four weeks from the date on which the order copy made ready. Later, this Court by an order dated 14.03.2019 in Cr.M.P.No.

3727 of 2019, modified the condition to the effect that the petitioner shall deposit a title deed which stands in his name or in the name of his family members or in the name of his friends not worth below Rs.

lakhs instead of depositing a sum of Rs.10 lakhs to the credit of Crime No.1 of 2018 before the concerned Magistrate and time for executing the bond is extended for a further period of two weeks.

3. The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that in the petitioner's village the property value does not exceeds Rs.10 lakhs. Hence, again he seeks to modify the condition in Crl.M.P.No.3727 of 2019 dated 14.03.2019.

4.Heard both sides.

5. This Court is not inclined to modify the conditions as imposed in Crl.M.P.No.4989 of 2019 in Crl.O.P.29302 of 2018 on 14.03.2019. Therefore, this Criminal Miscellaneous Petition is dismissed.

6. However, the time is extended to comply with the condition on or before 22.04.2019. Failing which, the Anticipatory Bail granted shall stand automatically cancelled.
