This application has been filed seeking leave to sue the 6th defendant who is residing outside the jurisdiction of this Court.

2.The suit has been filed seeking recovery of money. All the other defendants are within the jurisdiction of this Court. It is contended that the suit transaction took place within the jurisdiction of this Court.

3.Taking all the factors into consideration, leave is granted.
