ORDER

This writ petition has been filed for a Mandamus seeking for a direction to the 1st respondent to consider and dispose the petitioner's union representation dated 28.05.2020 within a time frame to be fixed by this Court.

2. The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that during the pendency of this writ petition, the 2nd respondent has issued Proceedings, dated 31.07.2020 and due to which, no further orders is required and therefore, the instant writ petition may be closed.

3. In view of the fair submissions made by the learned counsel for the petitioner as well as recording the Proceedings, dated 31.07.2020, this writ petition stands closed. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is also closed.
