Respondents Prayer: Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India seeking a writ of Mandamus directing the respondent to consider and pass orders on the petitioner's representation dated 13.03.2020 made for granting permission to the members of the petitioner Association for street vending on payment of rent/charges, within the time frame as may be fixed by this Hon'ble Court and till such time not to disturb with the running of the street vending/mobile vending by the members of the petitioner sangam on the roadside margin of the Ambathur Industrial Estate, SIDCO, Chennai 600 058 by using LPG Gas Stoves.
