ORDER

This writ petition has been filed to direct the respondents to provide appointment to the petitioner for the post of PG Assistant [English] based on the selection conducted by the Teachers Recruitment Board, with all consequential benefits, within a time frame to be fixed by this Court. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

2. Today, when the matter was taken up for consideration, the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner, on instructions, submitted that subsequent to the filing of this writ petition, the petitioner got appointment and hence, nothing survives for adjudication.

3. In view of the above submission made by the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner, this writ petition is dismissed as infructuous. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
