ORDER

This writ petition is filed for a direction to the respondent to consider and dispose of the petitioner's revision petition dated 16.08.2023 in respect of the land measuring 5720 sq.ft in Survey No.42/3A sub-divided as Survey 1/4

No.42/9B situated at Painapalli Village, Krishnagiri Taluk and District.

2. Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for the respondents and perused the materials available on record.

It is the case of the petitioner that he purchased the property from Kabeer Ahmed in 5720 sq.ft in Survey No.42/3A sub-divided as Survey No.42/9B situated at Painapalli Village, Krishnagiri Taluk and District vide sale deed dated 20.03.2003. Subsequently, settlor had cancelled the settlement deed executed in favour of the vendor and setted the property in favour of his second son, which is subsequently sold in favour of Venkatesh. The said Venkatesh had filed an application for patta, wherein, the RDO, Krishnagiri has directed the Tahsildar, Krishnagiri to issue patta. Against the said order, the petitioner has filed the revision petition dated 16.08.2023, which is pending without consideration. Hence, seeks direction.

Considering the limited relief sought for in this writ petition, the respondent is directed to consider the revision petition of the petitioner dated 16.08.2023 and pass appropriate orders on merits and in accordance with law, after giving opportunity of personal hearing to the petitioner as well as any 2/4

other interested parties. Such exercise shall be completed within a period of three months from the date of receipt of copy of this order.
