O R D E R

This Contempt Petition has been filed alleging willful disobedience of the order of this Court dated 23.08.2023 in Rev.Appl.(Writ) No.138 of 2023.

2.This Court, by order dated 23.08.2023 in Rev.Appl.(Writ) No.138 of 2023, and order in W.P.No.22795 of 2018, dated 20.03.2023, directed the 3rd respondent in the writ petition/2nd respondent herein, to consider the petitioner's application seeking subsidy under the TUF Scheme in respect of the term loan of Rs.11.92 Crores and pass appropriate orders.

3.Learned counsel appearing for the respondents submitted that, pursuant to the directions of this Court, an order has been passed by the respondents on 05.08.2024, rejecting the claim of the petitioner. 4.In view of the above, there is no willful disobedience of the orders of this Court. Therefore, this Contempt Petition is closed. However, liberty is granted to the petitioner to challenge the order dated 05.08.2024 in the manner known to law.
