The petitioner, who apprehends arrest at the hands of the respondent police for the alleged offences punishable under Sections 4(1)a, 4(1-A) of the Tamil Nadu Prohibition Act, in Crime No.78 of 2021, on the file of the respondent police, seeks anticipatory bail.

2. Mr.L.Baskaran, learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side) would submit that the petitioner was arrested in some other case yesterday.
