(Order of the Court was made by D.KRISHNAKUMAR, J.) Since there was no representation for the petitioner on 07.07.2023, the writ petition was directed to be listed under the caption for dismissal on 14.07.2023. When the matter was listed on 14.07.2023, again there was no representation for the petitioner. Therefore, the appeal was again directed to be listed under the caption 'for dismissal' on 17.07.2023.
2. Even today i.e. on 17.07.2023, when the matter is taken up for hearing, there is no representation for the petitioner. Hence, it is apparent that the petitioner is not interested in prosecuting the case. Consequently, this writ petition is dismissed for non prosecution. There will no order as to costs.
