Crime No.97 of 2021 Common Prayer: Criminal Original petitions filed under Section 438 of Cr.PC to enlarge the petitioners on bail in the event of his arrest in crime no.97 of 2021 on the file of the respondent police. For Petitioners : Mr.UM.Ravichandran (in Crl.OP.No.8468 of 2021) Mr.V.P.R.Elambarithi (in Crl.OP.No.8470 of 2021) For Respondent : Mr.A.Gopinath Government Advocate (Criminal Side) (in both the petitions) COMMON ORDER The petitioners who apprehend arrest at the hands of respondent police for an offence under Section 143, 147 452, 353, 183, 187, 427, 294(b) of IPC and Section 133 of Customs Act, 1962 in Crime No.97 of 2021 on the file of the respondent police, seek Anticipatory bail.

2. It is seen from records that this is the second anticipatory bail petition filed by the petitioners. The previous order of this Court in Crl. OP No.6665 of 2021 dated 09.04.2021, was dismissed.

3. The learned Government Advocate (Crl. side) submitted that there is no change in circumstances after the previous order was passed on merits. Hence, the learned Government Advocate vehemently opposed to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioners. 4.
