When the Contempt Petition is taken up for hearing, Mr.N.Elumalai, learned Government Advocate appearing for the respondent submitted that the respondent had complied with the order of this Court dated 19.04.2017 made in W.P.No.9407 of 2017 by considering the representation of the petitioner dated 03.03.2017 and passing order on 15.04.2019.
